## Description

Senior Administrative (Offshore)

Penspen is urgently looking for Senior Administrative Officer (Offshore) role for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Responsible for managing administrative activities at the offshore site, including personnel records, crew movements, travel, accommodation, timesheets, documentation, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain personnel, attendance, rotation, and timesheet records.

- Coordinate crew changes, travel, accommodation, and offshore mobilization.

- Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and administrative documents.

- Manage filing systems, permits, certifications, and document control.

- Support procurement, logistics, inventory, and office requirements.

- Coordinate with onshore teams, contractors, and offshore management.

- Ensure compliance with company procedures, confidentiality, and HSE requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degreein any discipline.

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in project planning and cost control within the oil and gas industry, including offshore project exposure.

- Minimum 5+ years in Offshore Projects is mandatory

- PMC experience will be preferred

- Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
