Manager- Contracts

Penspen is looking for a Manager- Contracts for one of the Gas processing projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification

- An Engineering Degree in any discipline.

Experience Required

- Minimum 20 years of experience in which 10+ years should be in the oil and gas EPC project.

- Must have worked in the Contracts Manager role in large oil and gas project preferably in GCC region.

- Good Knowledge in the regional legal and contractual terms and procedures

- Previous experience in ADNOC project is an added advantage

- Good experience in drafting and negotiating contract terms, claim management, risk mitigation strategies etc.
