## Description

Business: Every Day Labs

- Perform final quality inspection of processed garments
- Verify item-level reconciliation against OMS records
- Coordinate with partner facility supervisors for rework or corrections
- Identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements
- Approve orders for dispatch
- Lead investigation into damaged or missing items
- Maintain daily QA performance reports

Requirements:
- Detail-oriented: Previous experience in garment quality control or textile inspection
- Tech savvy: Comfortable using Warehouse or Order Management Systems (WMS/OMS)
- Process-driven: Ability to follow strict QA protocols and maintain accurate performance logs
- Pace: experience working in fast-paced, high-volume production or fulfillment centers
- Problem solver: Sharp eye for identifying recurring defects and suggesting improvements
