## Description

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new properties for the holiday homes / short-term rental portfolio.
- Generate leads and build relationships with property owners, landlords, investors and real estate partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential properties and business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers and agreements.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Revenue and Marketing teams for smooth property onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, conversions and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

## Requirements

2–4 years of Business Development / Sales experience in the UAE.
Experience in Holiday Homes, Real Estate, Hospitality or Property Management is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of the Dubai property and short-term rental market.
Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Target-driven with the ability to independently generate and convert leads.
Valid UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
