## Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
- Assist with documentation, filing and HR database updates.
- Coordinate with candidates for required documents and follow-ups.
- Support the HR team with reports, trackers and other administrative activities.
- Assist with general HR operations as required.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Organized, proactive and willing to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
