- Support change management and user-readiness activities, including training coordination and communication plans.
3. Change Management
- Lead change management planning and execution for assigned digital transformation and data initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify affected user groups, workflows, and readiness gaps.
- Develop and execute change management plans covering communications, training, and adoption activities.
- Design and deliver end-user communications, FAQs, and awareness materials to support project rollouts.
- Coordinate training needs analysis and training delivery schedules with application and clinical teams.
- Identify resistance points and change risks, and work with sponsors to develop mitigation actions.
- Track adoption metrics and user readiness indicators, and report on change progress to project leadership.
4. Data Leadership and Governance
- Own data quality, data readiness, and data governance activities for assigned digital transformation projects.
- Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and data validation rules across project workstreams.
- Lead data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and migration activities for new systems and integrations.
- Coordinate with enterprise/solution architects to ensure data designs align with enterprise data architecture and master-data standards.
- Support master data management (MDM) activities for clinical, operational, and financial data domains.
5. Reporting and Analytics Support
- Define reporting and analytics requirements for projects, working with business intelligence and application teams.
- Validate report and dashboard outputs for accuracy, consistency, and completeness prior to go-live.
- Support the design of KPIs and performance dashboards used to track project and post-implementation outcomes.
6. Data Privacy, Security and Compliance
- Ensure project data-handling practices align with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable data-localization requirements.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to apply appropriate data access, privacy, and security controls.
- Support data-related aspects of compliance with NPHIES, CBAHI, and other applicable Saudi healthcare and regulatory requirements.
