## Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven UAE market experience in luxury furniture, doors, and decorative products. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections and a passion for delivering premium client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with consultants, designers, architects, and contractors.
- Present products professionally and tailor solutions to client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand professionally while building trust and long-term partnerships.

## Requirements

- Proven UAE experience in luxury furniture sales (mandatory).
- Established network within the interior design and construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of high-end European furniture brands and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work both in-office and on-site with clients.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory).
- Professional proficiency in Russian or Arabic is strictly required.
