## Description

Hiring company: AHQ - Admin Division

Job Summary:
The
Technical Assistant supports the technical team in executing water treatment
projects, managing technical operations, and maintaining the quality of
chemical treatment processes. The role involves assisting with technical
documentation, coordination, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless operations
at Al-Jazeera Water Chemicals Treatment Factory Company.
Key
Responsibilities
Technical Support:
·
Assist in developing, testing, and
optimizing water treatment solutions tailored to client requirements.
·
Provide technical support and
troubleshooting for water treatment systems and equipment.
·
Conduct water analysis and prepare
detailed reports for clients.
Documentation & Reporting:
·
Maintain technical data sheets,
material safety data sheets (MSDS), and other relevant documentation for water
treatment chemicals.
·
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly
reports on technical activities and project updates.
Customer Support:
·
Collaborate with the sales team to
provide clients with technical guidance regarding the application of water
treatment chemicals.
·
Conduct training sessions or
presentations for clients on chemical usage, equipment, and safety protocols.
Field Work:
·
Visit client sites to monitor water
treatment processes and recommend necessary improvements.
·
Perform routine system checks and
chemical dosing calculations to ensure effective water treatment performance.
Quality Control
:
·
Ensure that water treatment
chemicals meet the required quality standards before delivery.
·
Oversee the proper storage and
handling of chemicals at the company and client sites.
Coordination:
·
Work closely with R&D teams,
sales, and procurement to ensure smooth project execution.
·
Coordinate with external vendors and
suppliers for technical product inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications
·
Education: Diploma or degree in
Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
·
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
of experience in water treatment or chemical manufacturing (preferred).
Technical Skills:
·
Knowledge of water treatment
processes, chemical dosing, and quality control practices.
·
Proficiency in using laboratory
equipment for water analysis.
·
Familiarity with safety standards
and chemical protocols.
Soft Skills:
·
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
·
Strong organizational and
time-management abilities.
·
Problem-solving mindset with
attention to detail.
Additional Information

Work Environment: Combination
