## Description

Provides professional, diligent, efficient, quality, non-clinical support (technical and clerical) for all cardiopulmonary care services, assists cardiopulmonary clinical staff in facilitating supplies, equipment, and other accessories required for patient care and other office supplies required for the department. Delivers non-clinical support to the department team per the technical and clerical objectives of the Chief of the Cardiopulmonary Department, the Assistant Director of Cardiopulmonary, the Senior Respiratory Therapist, and non-clinical staff of the department and following the American Hospital Dubai's Cardiopulmonary Clinical Policy and Procedures, the Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

## Requirements

High School Graduate

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

 Minimum of two (2) years of clerical and technical experience as a medical assistant in the hospital, clinic and/or warehouse as a store assistant to process equipment inventory, delivery and cleaning requirements and supply availability, inventory, and billing requirements
 Knowledgeable of patient care process and patient services of the department. Strong patient advocate and an excellent customer service-oriented individual
 Skills in processing equipment and supplies inventory, delivery, sales, patient medical billing and cleaning of medical equipment
 Ability to lift or move medical supplies or medical equipment over 20 kilograms
