## Description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional and timely support.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues or escalate them when required.
- Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Follow company procedures, policies, and service standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet assigned call center KPIs and performance targets.

## Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field. 
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role. 
- Good verbal and written communication skills. 
- Good computer and MS Office skills. 
- Ability to handle customers professionally and remain calm under pressure. 
- Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
