## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Design and own the KPI framework for the local account team, aligning metrics with company-wide commercial goals.
2. Build and maintain performance management systems - including account scorecards, team dashboards, and regular performance reviews - to track progress against targets at both account and portfolio level.
3. Design incentive structures, model payout scenarios, and ensure timely and accurate bonus calculations and disbursements.
4. Account segmentation, growth opportunity sizing, funnel diagnostics, and profitability analysis to inform account strategy and prioritization.
5. Build self-serve dashboards and recurring reports (daily/weekly/monthly) so that account managers and leadership always have visibility into performance.
6. Partner with Account Management, Finance, and Leadership to set quarterly and annual targets, calibrate expectations, and translate strategy into operational execution plans.
7. Identify performance gaps and drive interventions - coaching plans, account support, territory reallocation - to improve account manager productivity and close gaps.
8. Build standardized performance playbooks, reporting templates, and analytical frameworks to scale consistency and transparency across markets and categories.

Requirements:
1. 7+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial operations, business performance, or a similar analytical role in e-commerce, food delivery, or internet platforms.
2. Advanced Google Sheets, BI dashboards ( Power BI, Looker, or similar), and data visualization best practices.
