## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Develop the partner segmentation framework based on business objectives and partner characteristics, defining the positioning, entry criteria, upgrade and downgrade rules for each tier, and continuously improving the standards.
2. Build the partner segmentation metric system across compliance, service performance, scale, productivity, business stability and growth potential, and drive consistent metric definitions, data monitoring and regular evaluations.
3. Design development paths and differentiated benefits for partners at different tiers, including growth support, resource opportunities and cash incentives, to strengthen partner development motivation and long-term partnership value.
4. Drive the implementation of the partner segmentation mechanism by coordinating with Operations, Product, Data and frontline teams on policy communication, system configuration, execution tracking and issue resolution.
5. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the segmentation mechanism and partner benefits, identify issues in tier structure and partner development, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 3+ years of experience in partner management, supplier segmentation, merchant growth, channel management, ecosystem operations or related roles.
3. Hands-on experience in building segmentation standards, metric systems or partner development mechanisms from the ground up is preferred.
4. Strong business understanding and framework design capabilities, with the ability to translate business objectives into clear and actionable segmentation rules, evaluation metrics and development paths.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently define metrics, conduct data analysis, evaluate results and improve mechanisms; proficiency in AI, SQL or similar tools is preferred.
6. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate Operations, Product, Data and frontline teams to implement complex mechanisms.
7. Must be based in Saudi Arabia, sign a local Saudi employment contract and adapt to the local working environment; proficiency in English or Arabic is preferred.
