## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Design and optimize operational strategies including surge management, flexible subsidies, manual dispatch, and electronic geo-fencing, and be accountable for fulfillment cost and user experience outcomes.
2. Monitor rider operational metrics and behaviors in real time, identify abnormal patterns and supply-demand risks, build early-warning mechanisms, and drive rider service quality improvement through targeted interventions.
3. Establish key performance metrics for each stage of the fulfillment process, conduct in-depth attribution analysis on efficiency and experience issues, and translate insights into actionable strategy iterations.
4. Design and execute A/B tests to validate strategy direction, quantify the impact of each iteration, and push strategies to full rollout.
5. Leverage AI tools to monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape, support data analysis, strategy modeling, and operational decision-making, and continuously iterate the fulfillment model.
6. Lead cross-functional projects with product, R&D, and local operations teams, coordinating resources to land strategic initiatives and drive measurable business results.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3-5 years of experience in strategy operations, strategy product, or logistics/capacity operations in the internet industry.
2. Proficient in SQL and MS suite, with Python/R skills preferred.
3. Strong at mining multi-dimensional data to identify business pain points and rapidly formulating and iterating targeted strategies.
4. Solid grasp of the full-cycle management of capacity/supply-demand operations, familiar with capacity utilization, dispatch efficiency, and rider incentive mechanisms.
5. Strong project management skills with cross-team resource coordination and execution ability; able to independently lead complex projects from planning to landing.
6. Result-oriented with strong self-drive and resilience; able to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to a differentiated international market environment.
7. Fluent in English (written and spoken) to meet international business collaboration needs; fluency in Urdu or Hindi is a plus for in-depth rider-side engagement.
8. Proficient in using AI tools to assist data analysis, strategy modeling, and operational decision-making; proven AI application experience is preferred.
