## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Own the development of the platform's rider management and experience systems, improving rider capability and retention while reducing rider violation rates.
2. Develop and iterate rider codes of conduct, reward and penalty mechanisms, and tiered management systems, covering the full chain of order acceptance, delivery, exception handling, and appeal review.
3. Based on frontline feedback and data analysis, collaborate with product, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to drive identification, root-cause analysis, and closed-loop improvement of rider management and experience issues.

Requirements:
1. Problem-driven, with comprehensive scenario thinking and the ability to balance multiple objectives, avoiding trade-offs that sacrifice one for another.
2. Able to think from the perspectives of users, riders, and competitors, understand the meaning behind the data, and avoid purely data-driven decisions and path dependency.
3. At least 5 years of relevant internet operations experience, with 2+ years of management experience.
4. Experience in rider experience, rider management, or strategy operations is a plus.
5. English as a working language.
