## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Understand business processes and user needs, and manage the collection, analysis and prioritization of system requirements.
2. Identify repetitive, labor-intensive or error-prone activities and drive systemization, automation and batch processing.
3. Map business processes and prepare requirement documents, process flows, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
4. Work with Product, Engineering, Data and business teams to manage requirement reviews, development, testing and launches.
5. Organize UAT, pilots, training and rollout, and track system adoption and post-launch impact.
6. Use user feedback and data insights to continuously improve systems and processes.

Requirements:
1. 3 years experience in product operations, process improvement, business analysis, system operations or project management.
2. Ability to independently analyze requirements and translate business problems into clear and practical system solutions.
3. Strong structured thinking, cross-functional communication and project execution skills.
4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify issues and evaluate improvement results.
5. Fluent in Chinese and English, with both languages usable for daily communication and documentation.
