## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in building and optimizing business processes, iterating based on real-world operations, and leveraging internal AI tools to enhance efficiency for sales and merchant operations.
2. Conduct data analysis and generate reports using standardized data templates to support project progress tracking and decision-making.
3. Perform quality checks, handle case-related Q&A, and complete other operational support tasks as needed.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
5. Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing to improve team efficiency.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with prior internship experience in project management or related fields preferred.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data processing tools.
3. Familiarity with AI-driven tools or process optimization methodologies is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
