## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Create high-conversion creatives for in-app placements (banners, pop-ups, landing pages).
2. Design for speed and scale across campaigns, experiments, and daily launches.
3. Work directly with the User Growth team to turn business goals into visual outputs.
4. Iterate quickly based on real performance data (CTR, CXR, engagement).
5. Run and support A/B tests on design variations.
6. Adapt designs across different user personas, cities, and dayparts.
7. Maintain brand consistency while knowing when to push boundaries for performance.

Requirements:
1. Strong fundamentals in design (layout, hierarchy, typography, color).
2. Proficiency in Figma and Creative Suite.
3. A portfolio that shows thinking, not just visuals.
4. Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
5. High attention to detail.
