## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for partner business analysis and operations strategy development, identifying business issues across cost, profitability, incentives, scale and productivity, and developing business optimization and scale growth strategies to improve partner business stability, platform resource efficiency and operational quality.
2. Build and continuously improve partner cost and profitability models, analytical tools and dashboards to support business decision-making.
3. Monitor key partner business indicators, identify business anomalies, loss risks and improvement opportunities, and provide business diagnoses and optimization recommendations.
4. Design partner performance assessment, subsidy and incentive mechanisms, including financial assessment, rule development and performance evaluation, to improve platform resource efficiency.
5. Develop partner scale growth and productivity improvement initiatives, coordinate relevant teams to drive implementation, and track actual results.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial analysis, partner operations, supplier operations or strategy operations.
3. Experience in e-commerce platforms, logistics, food delivery or partner management is preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in AI, SQL and other data analysis tools, with the ability to independently conduct data extraction, business model development, analysis and visualization.
5. Strong business understanding, strategy design, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate Operations, Product, Data, Finance and other teams and align multiple stakeholders.
6. Strong ownership, structured thinking and results orientation, with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify key issues and drive solutions in a complex environment.
7. Must be willing to sign a local Saudi employment contract and adapt to the local working environment; proficiency in English or Arabic is preferred.
