## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in business planning, strategy formulation, and operations analysis; design solutions for complex business problems.

2. Leverage advanced data analytics tools and techniques to uncover business insights and user needs, providing strategic recommendations for our rapidly growing business.

3. Contribute to building a world-class, company-wide experimentation platform, providing scientific support for major experiment-related decisions (Data Science track).

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; no specific major required. Backgrounds in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields are preferred.

2. Intellectually sharp and rigorous, proactive and resilient, eager to take on challenges, with excellent analytical capabilities.

3. Passionate about identifying problems and uncovering patterns through data; interested in business operating models and enterprise management; eager to step into the field of big data.

4. Data Science (DS) track: a background in Computer Science, or a dual degree in Economics and Science/Engineering is preferred; strong algorithmic understanding and the ability to read English literature fluently are highly desirable.
