## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge Base Management: Collect, curate, and maintain business knowledge assets in a centralized Wiki repository, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and continuous updates.
2. Internal Communications & Promotion: Manage the internal official channels to effectively disseminate business knowledge across all employees; design and execute engagement strategies to drive awareness and adoption.
3. Training Program Delivery: Design, organize, and facilitate employee training initiatives to enhance business acumen and functional skills; measure training effectiveness and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; no major restrictions.

2. Customer-centric mindset with a learning-oriented and curious attitude; proactive in thinking and solving problems.

3. Project management and execution capabilities; strong communication skills and empathy.

4. Ability to conduct merchant needs research; identify key drivers and actions to achieve business objectives through market insights.

5. Basic operations and data analysis skills; discover business issues through data analysis; standardize, visualize, and streamline frontline solutions.
