## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Support and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention and improve loyalty.

2. Analyze customer data to identify segments and understand user behavior.

3. Conduct localization research and industry analysis to identify potential customers and growth areas.

4. Create copy materials that support projects & operations needs Job.

Requirements:
1.Major in Data analysis,marketing (SQL skill is much preferred) .

2. English proficiency, should be workable.

3. Previous internship experience preferred (Operation or marketing related roles) .

4. Strong interest & understanding in Saudi culture, market and data analysis.

5. Strong cross-functional collaboration and solution ownership in complex scenarios.
