## Description

Responsibilities:
As a specialized functional team, you'll work closely with Meituan's elite sales force here. If any of the directions below interests you, we welcome you to apply.

1. Supply Strategy Operations: Based on business strategy or project objectives, analyze market demand and competitive landscape, and break down and execute sales strategies.

2. Marketing Strategy Operations: Based on business strategy, user needs, and merchant needs, deliver marketing projects through insights and creativity.

3. Sales Data Analytics: Provide data support and analysis in alignment with sales strategies to monitor performance and forecast trends.

4. Sales Effectiveness Optimization: Develop and optimize standard sales processes, and build and continuously upgrade sales and management tools.

5. Business Training & Communication: Based on the capability levels and pain points of sales teams and merchants, improve training systems and build and operate communication channels.

6. Explore AI applications in sales operations scenarios, such as leveraging large models to assist with competitive analysis, strategy copywriting generation, intelligent training content production, and automated data insights, to drive operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; no major restrictions.

2. Customer-centric mindset with a learning-oriented and curious attitude; proactive in thinking and solving problems.

3. Project management and execution capabilities; strong communication skills and empathy.

4. Ability to conduct merchant needs research; identify key drivers and actions to achieve business objectives through market insights.

5. Basic operations and data analysis skills; discover business issues through data analysis; standardize, visualize, and streamline frontline solutions.

6. Experience using AI tools to assist operations work (e.g., AI-assisted copywriting, competitive analysis reports, automated data analysis, etc.); proactive in exploring AI applications in sales scenarios.
