## Description

Responsibilities:
User Operations: Centered on the user, you'll develop operational strategies and objectives, drive end-to-end project execution, continuously deepen user insights, and create greater value for our customers.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Highly sensitive to user-side signals and information.

3. Passionate about the O2O industry; thoughtful and creative.

4. Strong goal orientation with the ability to decompose objectives and drive execution; excellent execution capabilities.

5. Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to effectively organize and coordinate cross-functional and cross-departmental resources.

6. Basic familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLM conversational assistants, AI content generation tools). Curious about and willing to learn how AI can empower operations and improve efficiency. Open to exploring AI applications in operations scenarios — such as leveraging large models to assist with content generation, user insight analysis, and operations strategy optimization — to drive efficiency gains.
