## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Operations & Performance: Manage vendor inventory updates, pricing, promotions, and new SKUs; proactively identify and resolve vendor-side issues (stock-outs, menu changes); act as the main escalation point between vendors and internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service, account management).
2. Vendor Enablement & Training: Support vendors with operational issues and escalations; train and onboard vendors on Keeta's systems, operational tools, and best practices; coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure vendors understand operational standards, SLA expectations, and platform features.
3. Promotions & Campaign Coordination: Coordinate promotions and campaigns on the Keeta app; work with vendors to secure promotional participation and ensure correct execution; collaborate with marketing and design teams on in-app visuals, banners, and brand assets, maintaining brand consistency and campaign quality across assigned vendors/categories.
4. Catalog & Content Quality: Ensure catalog, menu, and content quality across the platform; coordinate with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and campaign execution; manage the overall health of the item listings.
5. Operations Analytics & Growth: Analyze operational data, KPIs, and vendor performance metrics; identify performance gaps and drive improvement initiatives with vendors, improving vendor performance, availability, and out-of-stock metrics.

Requirements:
1. 2+ years in e-commerce vendor operations, marketplace operations, or merchant management.
2. Experience managing vendor/merchant relationships in a delivery or marketplace environment.
3. Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management—you'll be the bridge between vendors and internal teams.
5. Experience coordinating promotions, campaigns, and in-app marketing activities.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and customer experience.
7. Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
8. English fluency required; Arabic is a strong plus.
