## Description

Responsibilities:
1. Led the backend product optimization project to enhance operational efficiency and system scalability of the CRM in Saudi Arabia.
2. Analyzed system bottlenecks and collaborated with product and engineering teams to design and implement process improvement solutions.
3. Established a data-driven evaluation framework to continuously optimize merchant and supply chain operations.
4. Promoted the implementation of automation tools to reduce manual processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in product operations, back-end system optimization, or operational efficiency improvement.

3. Skilled in identifying problems through data analysis and capable of proposing systematic solutions.
