The role involves conducting patient assessments, explaining procedures, obtaining consent, operating and maintaining laser equipment, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards. The therapist provides pre- and post-treatment care instructions, manages patient expectations, and ensures a high level of patient satisfaction. Alongside laser services, the nurse also supports general clinical functions, including assisting physicians during consultations and minor procedures, administering medications and treatments as required, maintaining accurate patient and treatment records, and contributing to overall patient care. By combining advanced laser expertise with professional nursing practice, the role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and enhances clinic service standards. ## Requirements UAE Medical Health Authority License (DHA) as a Registered Nurse and Laser Technician Bachelor’s degree in nursing Has worked in hospital or similar setting for at least 2 years Qualified Laser Therapist/ Specialist with 2 or more years’ experience in cosmetic laser treatments Dermatology or Cosmetic Surgery industry experience is preferred Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to manage digital documentation and communication effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage unexpected issues and identify when to escalate.
