## Description

To assist with the management and growth for Sovereign Wealth Funds & Financial Sponsors; act as support in the origination of mandates by conducting market and industry analysis; contribute to the process of pitching existing product offerings to clients and exploring new products to fulfil clients’ financial needs. The role requires to support Managing Directors and Executive Directors in identifying and developing business opportunities, preparing presentations and maintaining contact with client at junior to mid-senior level; improve service quality levels and supervise day-to-day activities and deal flow by giving strong support focus to relationship management; ensure that the team’s objectives are constantly met and its revenue targets achieved, while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality; anticipate potential problems; manage and lead junior team members.

## Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting or related discipline   Minimum Experience: 5-10 years of relevant Corporate and Investment Banking work experience including M&A, global markets and capital markets (debt and equity) transactions, structured finance, fund financing and transaction banking    Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:  Knowledge and understanding of the Sovereign Wealth Funds & Financial Sponsors dynamics, financing requirements and client buying behaviours. Strong knowledge of CIB products (structured finance, fund financing, global markets, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets, transaction banking, etc.), financial analysis, credit analysis and experience in deal origination and execution. Driven and capable of delivering results while working under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities Diligent and committed to excellence  Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and sound organization of work Excellent computer skills Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication (oral and written) and teamwork skills
