## Description

Perform the preventive, breakdown and shutdown mechanical maintenance activities of plant equipment to support production, quality, and safety requirements. It includes both Rotating and Static Equipment to ensure equipment availability, reliability and integrity on all utility units like Cooling water, Firewater network, Instrument air, Inert gas generation, potable water, mobile pumps and compressors and effluent water disposal system.

Job Specific: \u2022 Obtain work permits from Area Authority, review work assigned and arrange for the necessary transport, materials, tools and equipment to complete the task. \u2022 Allocate work to assigned technicians; participate in the work as necessary in the diagnosis of faults of a more complex nature. Inspect and test completed work to ensure equipment efficient \u2022 performance in accordance with requirements \u2022 Carry out assigned routine and preventive maintenance, including replacing worn or damaged partsand arranging for test runs as necessary. \u2022 Carry out major overhaul of equipment, check clearances precisely and determine the usage / replacement of parts. \u2022 Issue comprehensive daily activity reports outlining the cause of the fault, the nature of the work and the materials, labour and time taken to complete the task.

Generic: Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures \u2022 Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, to accomplish operational objectives. Training \u2022 Provide on-the-job Training to meet Competency Based Training programs for UAE Nationalization.

Tool Box \u2022 Maintain all tools, safety gear and equipment provided by company safely and in working condition. \u2022 Arrange for repair or replacement of any tools and safety gear that may not be in good working condition. Time Management \u2022 Carry out all maintenance jobs in line with assigned time standards. \u2022 Inform the Maintenance Supervisor in case additional resources are required to carry out the job within the assigned time frame. Innovation and Continuous Improvement \u2022 Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures, modification of functional processes, machinery or equipment. Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability \u2022 Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices. \u2022 Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member. Housekeeping \u2022 Maintain the work environment clean and tidy before, during and after executing the job, in line withestablished standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping. Reports \u2022 Collect technical data from the field as required and provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management. \u2022 Provide input for the preparation of Method statements and initiate Near Miss reports.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification \u2022 Technical Diploma or Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate in the relevant field mechanical engineering or Diploma Certificate Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills \u2022 6 years of experience in Mechanical maintenance activities within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. \u2022 Proficient in English

Minimum Qualification: Technical Diploma or Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate in the relevant field mechanical engineering or Diploma Certificate. Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills: 6 years of experience in Mechanical maintenance activities within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. Proficient in English.
