Carry out day to day Mechanical rotating and static maintenance activates in addition to corrective, overhaul and breakdown maintenance activates related to all Mechanical equipment in the assigned field / Area. Carry out the necessary inspection in order to determine the extent of repair required & prepare inspection, failure & overhaul reports accordingly. Investigate and troubleshoot the equipment & implement the fault -finding routine and procedures in consultation with Mechanical Engineers and other disciplines when required, Participate in the major overhaul and shutdown maintenance activates as assigned by Engineer and identifies spares, special tools & tackles requirements to execute the activity. Update the maintenance records for all mechanical equipment as per MAXIMO relevant records, Prepare and maintain a variety of records, files, drawings, manual, datasheets, etc. related to the various maintenance activities in a well administrative manner, Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, to accomplish operational objectives. Maintain all tools, safety gear and equipment provided by company safely and in working condition. Arrange for repair or replacement of any tools and safety gear that may not be in good working condition.
