## Description

Reporting to the VP Investor Relations, support in the planning and execution of ADNOC Drilling's investor relations programme, ensuring clear, accurate, timely and consistent communication with shareholders, analysts and other capital market stakeholders. The role prepares high-quality investor materials, coordinates quarterly results communications, supports investor engagement activities, engages with analysts, monitors market and analyst feedback, and helps maintain a transparent and compliant dialogue with the investment community. The role contributes to the Company's equity story, market positioning and investor engagement agenda, while ensuring all external communications are aligned with approved financial disclosures, corporate messaging, governance requirements and regulatory expectations.
