## Description

Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) is a growing catering and hospitality company delivering premium catering and hospitality solutions to, airports, and VIP clients. We are looking for an experienced Partnerships & Business Development Lead to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand our commercial presence.

## Requirements

- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the aviation, airport, catering, and hospitality sectors. 
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, airport operators, government entities, and strategic partners. 
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage partnership agreements. 
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts. 
- Manage tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and commercial proposals. 
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive business solutions. 
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Commercial Management.
Proven experience in the aviation, airport, airline, catering, or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of airport operations.
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Experience managing tenders, RFQs, and commercial proposals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
