We are committed to delivering world-class solutions that are innovative and efficient, while always putting safety first JOB PURPOSE: This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of financial and regulatory communications activities to ensure all reporting obligations for ADNOC L&S as a listed entity are fulfilled. Managing reputational risks and ensuring positioning opportunities are maximised are also part of the remit. Reporting obligations include quarterly and annual earnings announcements and management presentations; regulatory announcements relating to the AGM and the release of material information and ad hoc company updates; and the release and positioning of corporate reports including the Annual Report, Sustainability Report and Governance Report. This role is suited to someone with a background in corporate or financial communications with experience in internal and external stakeholder and media relations, ideally at a listed entity. It requires someone who can gain the trust of senior leaders and work effectively across teams to generate materially sensitive company information. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: \u2022 Maintaining a calendar of financial and regulatory communications obligations \u2022 Drafting materials to support financial and regulatory communication obligations \u2022 Working with a network of L&S business as well as finance, corporate communications and legal functional colleagues to align and secure the approval of draft materials \u2022 Managing the release of approved materials to external stakeholders, including the media \u2022 Working with IR to manage quarterly and annual earning calls and answering questions from the media \u2022 Ensuring alignment with broader internal audiences, as appropriate \u2022 Identifying ongoing reputation risks and opportunities and escalating where necessary \u2022 Supporting senior leaders ahead of external engagements \u2022 Managing agency support when it is required MINIMUM REQUIREMENT \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree \u2022 5 years of experience in corporate communications, strategy, public relations, including at least 2-3 years of increasing managerial responsibilities. \u2022 Experience in the oil & gas industry and finance sector is a must. \u2022 Demonstrate understanding of the entire oil & gas value chain, preferably with real work experience across several business areas \u2022 Demonstrate knowledge and experience of content creation, and how to create external awareness and promotion of business-critical issues \u2022 Strong collaboration skills and experience in working across multiple business areas \u2022 Demonstrate high level of external networks and stakeholder management \u2022 Demonstrate experience in dealing with C-suite stakeholders We are a global energy maritime logistics leader with a world-class asset base.
