Shift Handover : Ensure smooth transition with detailed logs. Process Operations : Operate critical units like gas turbines, steam turbines, HP/MP boilers, desalination units, etc. Control Panel Monitoring : Diagnose issues, adjust operations, and ensure parameters are within limits. Lab Coordination : Adjust controls based on lab results to meet product specs. Startups/Shutdowns : Manage plant transitions and emergencies. Safety & Inspections : Attend safety meetings and participate in inspections. Technical Secondary (12 years) + Technical Diploma.
