## Description

Role : Operations Processor Location : Abu Dhabi Role Purpose: Responsible to process maintenance activities, accomplish customer requests , and deliver the outcome concerned department. The responsible person undertakes accountability to the activities among the team and delivery of expected results as per the bank’s procedural guidelines. Key Accountabilities of the role Look after maintenance activities to execute the transactions such as amended contracts and any other mandated documents related to maintenance activities such as rescheduling and restructuring of existing Home finance facility Ensure escalations to line manager to insure customer grievances are appropriately attended. Support and coordinating asset service desk functions and ensuring that request provided will be executed as per applicable procedural guidelines and within agreed SLA Rate change and restructuring implementation in Phoenix in addition to review and quality check the system to match the documents executed Maintain MIS and follow up on daily update to avoid delay and insure the maximum level of accuracy. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders where applicable to ensure all documentary requirements are fulfilled as per the standard operating procedures Maintain a record of securities and cheques if any. Responsible for the first level of authenticity and actions to ensure the accuracy of the documents presented Preparing No Objection letters and amendment contracts system implementation RESULTS REQUIRED: Effective teamwork and delivery of expected results as per agreed TAT Compliance to procedural guidelines Green scores on audit and RCSA results Effective results on stakeholder management and deliverables Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: Detail oriented Good communication skills MIS skills Highly organized Previous experience required (if any) Operation experience in real estate or banking. 5+ years
