## Description

Business: Every Day Labs

- Lead final quality inspections for all processed garments, ensuring they meet defined standards before dispatch.
- Oversee item‑level reconciliation against OMS records and resolve discrepancies independently.
- Act as the primary point of contact with partner facilities, driving rework, corrections, and alignment on quality expectations.
- Identify recurring quality issues, analyze root causes, and propose scalable process improvements.
- Approve orders for dispatch and ensure SLA adherence across QA workflows.
- Own investigations into damaged, missing, or non‑compliant items and provide clear recommendations.
- Maintain and review daily QA performance reports, highlighting trends and improvement areas.
- Support training and upskilling of junior QA team members when needed.

Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in quality control, garment care, or laundry operations, ideally in a high‑volume environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down issues and drive solutions.
- Experience working with third‑party vendors or partner facilities.
- Confidence handling escalations and making decisions independently.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with operational systems (OMS/WMS).
