## Description

Job Purpose
Classera is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to support the growth of its public-sector business in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with government entities, and supporting the complete B2G sales cycle for technology, digital transformation, and learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within Saudi government and public-sector entities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and government partners.
Understand clients’ business needs and position Classera’s solutions accordingly.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial prospecting and qualification through proposal submission and closing.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
Monitor government initiatives, tenders, RFPs, and relevant procurement opportunities.
Coordinate with Presales, Product, Professional Services, Finance, and Legal teams to prepare proposals and commercial offers.
Support tender submissions and ensure all required documents are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecast information in the CRM system.
Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular pipeline and performance updates.
Represent Classera professionally at government meetings, industry events, and relevant conferences.
Stay informed about public-sector priorities, digital transformation programs, and market trends in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of sales or business development experience.
Proven experience working with Saudi government or public-sector clients.
Good understanding of B2G sales cycles, government procurement processes, tenders, and RFPs.
Experience selling technology, SaaS, EdTech, digital transformation, or enterprise solutions is strongly preferred.
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and opportunity-management skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in Arabic and good professional English.
Mandatory Requirements
Saudi national.
Currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
Previous public-sector or B2G sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
