## Description

Business: Dubai Mall Shopping

- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key brand partners.
- Responsible for end-to-end selection & business growth.
- Ensure best in class customer experience through strong merchandising, content and knowledge of customer journey for the business.
- Actively look at the commercial KPIs and explore collaborative opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
- Weekly reporting and key updates to management on brand performance.
- Become the main stakeholder in the performance of a portfolio.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory. MBA is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in key account management roles.
- Strong experience in fashion. Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic will be an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial and go getter spirit.
