## Description

Corporate Governance & Secretarial Compliance
-Ensure compliance with international corporate governance standards, local company laws, securities regulations, and other applicable statutes across multiple jurisdictions.
-Conduct and manage Board, Committee, and General Meetings globally, including preparation of agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes.
-Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and regulatory filings in line with jurisdictional requirements.
-Oversee annual filings, corporate disclosures, and governance audits.
-Drive adoption of corporate governance best practices across group companies and subsidiaries worldwide.

Joint Ventures, Acquisitions & Corporate Restructuring
- Lead and support M&A, joint ventures, cross-border investments, and corporate restructuring activities.
