## Description

1. Strategic Growth & Product Development Design, build, and commercialise scalable Market Access products, encompassing: Strategic sourcing and procurement Commodity buying/selling Distribution and fulfilment strategy (in coordination with supply chain functions) Establish new revenue lines through B2B and back-to-back trading models across multiple categories and geographies. 2. Commercial Strategy & Trading Drive commodity trading initiatives to deliver profitable margin and market share growth. Establish strategic supplier and buyer networks. Design and implement go-to-market and pricing strategies tailored to regional market dynamics. Deliver value to clients through speed, efficiency, and transparency. 3. Financial & Budget Management Full accountability for the Market Access (Trading) budget. Monitor and optimise investments, working capital, and returns across multiple geographies and business lines. 4. Organsational Development Build market access function from the ground up, including recruitment, capability development, and process deployment. Lead with a “builder mindset”—designing solutions. 5. Governance, Risk & Compliance Ensure all trading and procurement activities comply with relevant international trade regulations, corporate governance standards, and ethical procurement practices. Implement robust risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and geopolitical risks. Establish controls and audit mechanisms to ensure transparency, traceability, and compliance across all market access operations.
