Follow up with concerned departments on departmental work plans based on leadership directives and observations.OperationsProvide administrative assistance to department employees; support daily administrative requirements of the department and the Director’s office; assist the Director and managers with assigned administrative tasks in line with Authority standards and procedures.Coordinate weekly leadership meeting agendas, schedule internal and external meetings, and prepare minutes.Track and close departmental correspondence and e-mails per Internal Audit work instructions; update the department’s shared file and maintain key documents and records.Execute activities related to the Internal Audit Departmental systems and associated services and administrative needs as directed.Assist the department internal committee as well as RTA level committees.
