Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Senior Financial Specialist (26003109)Job Description Senior Financial Specialist - (26003109) Job Description Job Description:· Provide financial analysis expertise and technical advice on all matters related to financial analysis to relevant management personnel and concerned stakeholders, in addition to preparing the required financial analysis studies and appropriate recommendations to enhance the Department’s financial performance and efficiency.· Prepare and update financial systems and applicable legislation to ensure the efficient and effective collection of fees and financial amounts due to the Department. Analyze the Department’s revenue sources, including fees, investment projects, and other sources, and provide appropriate financial proposals and recommendations to improve and develop collection mechanisms in line with the Department’s objectives and directives issued by the competent authorities, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.· Prepare financial studies and develop effective partnerships concerning the settlement of financial claims due to the Department from other government entities, and provide appropriate recommendations to address and overcome related challenges and obstacles.· Prepare and review the required financial studies that contribute to maximizing the Department’s revenues and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of collecting outstanding amounts due to the Department.· Perform all assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Department’s approved information security and confidentiality policies and within the delegated authorities.· Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the nature and scope of the position, as assigned by the competent authority.
