Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Senior Leasing Specialist (26003107)Job Description Senior Leasing Specialist - (26003107) Job Description Job Description:· Manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tenant acquisition through contract signing and handover, ensuring timely and accurate execution while maximizing occupancy and revenue through competitive pricing, effective pipeline management, and efficient renewals to reduce vacancies, enhance tenant satisfaction, and ensure regulatory compliance, in coordination with relevant teams to ensure site readiness and service quality.· Achieve occupancy and revenue targets through an annual leasing plan for the portfolio and effective management of the leasing schedule to minimize vacancies and reduce tenant attrition.· Conduct site visits and property viewings by organizing site visits, preparing visit reports, and documenting technical and operational requirements.· Ensure compliance and governance by verifying that leasing operations and contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, requirements, and conditions, and ensuring the completion of all required legal and regulatory documentation.· Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Collections, and Marketing teams to ensure asset readiness, accurate billing, marketing campaigns, and the proper handover and takeover of sites.· Conduct benchmarking and market studies by analyzing market prices, incentives, and competitors’ terms and conditions, and recommending appropriate pricing policies and leasing packages.· Prepare periodic reports on completed studies, research, and activities, highlighting challenges encountered during implementation and the corrective actions taken to address them.· Comply with information security policies and protect data and information in accordance with the approved Data Classification Policy of Dubai Municipality; report any violations or security breaches through the channels designated by the Department; and participate in information security training programs.· Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the nature and scope of the position, as assigned.
