Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Executive of Foundation & Growth Programs (26003019)Job Description Executive of Foundation & Growth Programs - (26003019) Job Description Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic Responsibilities• Support the implementation of Foundation & Growth Programs aligned with KHDA's strategic priorities.• Conduct research, benchmarking, and environmental scanning to identify emerging education trends and best practices.• Analyse programme data and performance information to support evidence-based recommendations.• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of programme frameworks, initiatives, and operational guidelines.• Support the monitoring and evaluation of programme outcomes and key performance indicators.• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, briefing notes, and recommendations for management.• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives supporting continuous improvement and innovation.• Support stakeholder engagement activities with education providers and strategic partners.Operational Responsibilities• Collect, validate, analyse, and maintain programme-related information and datasets.• Assist in coordinating programme implementation activities across internal and external stakeholders.• Monitor programme milestones and support timely delivery of assigned initiatives.• Support workshops, meetings, consultations, and programme events.• Maintain programme documentation and ensure data accuracy.• Assist in preparing reports for governance and management meetings.• Respond to programme-related enquiries and coordinate follow-up actions.• Support the identification of programme risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.• Contribute to knowledge management and documentation of lessons learned.
