Prepare studies related to developing and updating performance measurement metrics to improve performance through analyzing the department’s performance based on the strategic plan, job descriptions, periodic reports, and the results achieved from performance measurement and self-assessment. Prepare studies related to institutional organization and operations, including the development, updating, and documentation of organizational structures and job descriptions for engineering organizational units; contribute to the preparation and development of an automated system for inventorying, documenting, and evaluating the results of completed projects, plans, studies, and research related to institutional organization and operations projects; in addition to providing support and consultation for the preparation and development of guidance manuals related to this field. Develop the department’s operations and services by identifying opportunities for improvement and development of applicable operations and services. Prepare the department’s project management plan, monitor its implementation, extract results, and submit the necessary periodic reports to ensure effective management. Review the documentation of the organizational unit’s processes, services, legislation, regulations, standards, and work forms periodically through the electronic system, ensuring compliance with all quality and excellent service requirements.
