Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Senior Asset Managment Secialist (26002933)Job Description Senior Asset Managment Secialist - (26002933) Job Description Supervise the implementation of the department’s annual work plans, programs, initiatives, and projects, ensuring alignment with the Municipality’s strategic plan, while measuring performance indicators and applying improvement measures to achieve departmental objectives.Coordinate with organizational units to analyze the outcomes of annual work plans and provide periodic reports on the progress of performance indicators and the achievement of defined objectives in line with the department’s strategic requirements.Monitor the overall performance of initiatives and projects, and provide recommendations to enhance performance and ensure the achievement of predefined standards and deliverables in coordination with relevant stakeholders.Develop and implement periodic performance measurement and evaluation procedures to enhance the department’s ability to make corrective decisions necessary to achieve its operational objectives.Contribute to the development of an integrated framework for managing the Municipality’s tangible and intangible assets, covering all stages of the asset lifecycle from planning to evaluation and continuous improvement.
