Contributes to the development and implementation of relevant policies, strategies, and programs to support the conservation and sustainability of natural resources. Conducts and evaluates specialized studies and research to monitor the status of wild species and their habitats, identifies threats and risks they face, and proposes appropriate measures and solutions for protection and sustainable management. Also contributes to developing species conservation and habitat rehabilitation programs, enhances cooperation with government, research, and academic institutions and relevant partners, and ensures that projects and initiatives comply with approved environmental requirements and standards, supporting evidence-based decision-making and achieving the organization's strategic directions and plans. Provide specialized technical expertise and advice in the fields of wildlife, biodiversity, and natural habitats, and support the development of related policies, strategies, programs, and projects.Conduct and review specialized studies and research related to wild species and natural habitats, analyze data and scientific results, identify threats and risks affecting wildlife, and propose appropriate protection measures.Develop and monitor wildlife protection and management programs, including species conservation programs, natural habitat rehabilitation, and the monitoring of significant or endangered species.Evaluate and review projects and initiatives related to wildlife and biodiversity, ensure their compliance with approved environmental requirements, standards, and legislation, and provide necessary technical recommendations.Enhance coordination and technical cooperation with government, research, and academic institutions, specialized organizations, and relevant partners; exchange scientific expertise, data, and information; and prepare technical reports and recommendations to support decision-making and achieve the organization's strategic goals.Issue and review fishing licenses and related marine activities in accordance with approved environmental controls and requirements.Review and evaluate environmental impact assessment studies for development projects, particularly aspects related to terrestrial and marine environments and biodiversity.Assess the potential impacts of various projects and activities on natural habitats and wildlife species, and propose necessary measures to mitigate their effects.Contribute to the development of regulations, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to the management and organization of wildlife-related activities.Prepare technical and statistical reports and specialized studies related to licenses, permits, and environmental compliance status.Participate in technical committees and task forces related to biodiversity, wildlife, and environmental permits, and represent the organization in relevant meetings.Monitor scientific developments and international conventions related to wildlife, including CITES requirements, and apply them within licensing and regulatory procedures.Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
