Drive resolution of complaints, violations, and audit points to strengthen licensing processes and results. Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategyDevelop legislation and laws regulating vehicle licensing activities and registration, ensuring regulations reflect emerging variables and developments in the Emirate and align with the agency’s strategy.Lead management and development of vehicle licensing service procedures with competent authorities, aligning processes with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements and customer-service expectations.Review and manage agreements and performance appraisal standards with trusted agents and licensing entities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and approved service levels.Design and refine procedures for vehicle recall campaigns in coordination with internal and external entities, ensuring effective execution and coverage of affected vehicle owners.Prepare and develop public policy, in alignment with internal policies, agency strategy and international leading practices.Advice and support management with strategic tasks and priority projects.
