Assist in resolving service incidents, ensuring compliance with safety standards, andcoordinating with internal teams to maintain service continuity and operational performance.Roles & Accountabilities:Operations• Assess daily, weekly, and monthly operational, safety, and financial performance reports.• Oversee driver deployment by monitoring distribution, verifying schedule adherence, andassigning drivers to buses/routes per approved parameters.• Ensure daily availability and readiness of buses by coordinating maintenance, cleanliness,fueling, and operational preparation.• Coordinate operational response during breakdowns, fires, accidents, or driver illness andensure activation of alternative arrangements.• Monitor bus departures, returns, and deployment of emergency replacement vehicles toavoid service interruptions.• Manage efficient and safe utilization of bus assets in coordination with the Maintenance andServices Department.• Liaise with OCC and controllers to address real-time issues and minimize passengerdisruption.• Ensure driver availability for scheduled services and allocate buses for events, festivals, andspecial requirements.• Coordinate pricing and deliver buses as per approved schedules.Product / Process Improvement• Manage installation and removal of advertisement stickers and ensure alignment with assetmanagement policies.• Monitor performance of buses and drivers using operational systems; analyze trends andsupport corrective action planning.• Participate in developing and improving SOPs and operational procedures to enhanceefficiency and consistency.• Review and contribute to daily/weekly/monthly operational, safety, and financial reportingfor process refinement.• Track fuel consumption across routes, depots, buses, and drivers; implement measures toensure efficiency and target compliance.• Monitor daily accident checks and driver physical fitness checks conducted in the depot.• Provide operational data and documentation support to investigation officers.Physical Working Conditions• Work is based in a bus depot Qualifications Education:High School.Experience:0 years of experience in case of High School Job Category: InspectionAdvertiser: Roads and Transport AuthorityDepartment: BusesEducational-level: Secondary School Required Nationality: UAE Only Suitable for people with determination: NoMonthly Salary: UnspecifiedSchedule-Time: Full timeJob Posting: 15/10/2026Unposting Date: 15/11/2026
