Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Chief Supervisor - Passengers Transit Smart Monitoring (26002532)Job Description Chief Supervisor - Passengers Transit Smart Monitoring - (26002532) Job Description Job Purpose:Conduct monitoring, analysis, and supervision activities to ensure effective smart control operations,compliance with transport regulations, and timely response to violations and service issues.Strengthen daily operational efficiency by supervising teams, validating data, coordinating correctiveactions, and guiding consistent execution of smart monitoring workflows.Roles and Responsibilities:Strategy• Analyze gaps in e-Hail companies and recommend preventive measures to reduce violations.• Review written violations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.• Provide input to periodic reviews and updates of work guidelines, manuals, and procedures inline with legislation.• Identify business requirements for smart monitoring systems and submit recommendationsto relevant authorities.Operations• Provide data to authorities managing e-Hail companies and luxury transport entities to assesscompliance with standards and policies.• Provide necessary data through smart systems to support control, inspection, andinvestigation procedures.• Monitor hourly rental vehicles, e-Hail companies, taxis, luxury vehicles, and public bus routesto support compliance and violation issuance.• Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding challenges and malfunctions observed incontrol systems.• Update and maintain the list of exempt vehicles for bus route violations.• Prepare monthly shift schedules for supervisors and operators and follow up on theirimplementation.• Assist in preparing monthly reports covering completed activities.• Conduct field visits as directed by the section manager.• Receive internal and external complaints, submit them to concerned authorities, and proposecorrective actions.• Supervise daily monitoring activities conducted through smart monitoring systems.• Oversee implementation of daily work schedules by employees and supervisors.• Fully supervise supervisors and operators during daily workflow.• Contribute to deploying taxis for events, malls, or Dubai-based activities.Product / Process Improvement• Provide input toward continuous development of Smart Control Center systems andoperations to enhance monitoring efficiency.• Supervise execution of evacuation plans for the Smart Monitoring Center and evaluate theprocedures.• Supervise implementation of security and safety requirements within the Smart MonitoringCenter.• Escalate critical and non-critical issues based on the approved escalation plan.Physical Working Conditions• Primarily office-based operating within Smart Monitoring Centre and field visits to assist withthe quality of services. Qualifications Education:Diploma/Bachelor’s degree.Experience:8+ years in case of Bachelor's degree, (13+ years in case of Diploma) in related field.
