Responsibilities include communicating with target groups and collecting the required data accurately and reliably.Job Duties of the Field Researcher / Office Researcher:Communicating with households / establishments / individuals or the authorized person providing the required data and information and completing all contents of the form related to the statistical project through field or telephone surveys.Achieving the required daily productivity in terms of responses.Reviewing the completed form to verify its accuracy and correct any errors, if found.Maintaining a schedule of appointments for visits / calls with households / establishments / individuals who have previously been given an appointment.Carrying out the electronic transmission of data daily.Job Duties of the Auditor:Reviewing and auditing the data comprehensively and ensuring that all auditing rules are applied to all assigned responses.Preparing continuous reports on data errors / missing information and submitting them to the Audit Supervisor. If necessary, the data will be returned to the Field Supervisor for correction.Preparing reports showing the level of achievement and the percentage of errors and corrections for each Field Researcher.Carrying out the electronic transmission of the form after completing the auditing process.Ensuring data quality by selecting a random sample of at least 10% of the total responses submitted by the Collaborating Participants.Contacting a random sample of households / establishments / individuals to verify the accuracy and validity of the information provided and to evaluate the performance of the Collaborating Participant.Applying the approved quality control model and submitting a report on the quality control results to the Audit Supervisor.Job Duties of the Field Supervisor:Supervising the fieldwork team assigned to them, reviewing their work, resolving challenges, and overcoming obstacles they may encounter.Monitoring the daily productivity of Collaborating Participants and submitting recommendations to the Administrative Supervisor.Ensuring that the Field Researcher reaches the targeted household / establishment / individual and completes the required data.Ensuring that the assigned Collaborating Participants wear the official uniform, display their identification cards, and ensure that each participant's assigned tablet is operational before the start of fieldwork.Receiving the targeted samples, becoming familiar with the nature of the assigned work areas, determining their boundaries, and dividing the main work areas into smaller fieldwork areas for Collaborating Participants, while taking into consideration a balance in terms of time and location.Conducting field reviews of the samples in their various statuses at a rate of no less than 10% for each Collaborating Participant.Reviewing and approving the data submitted by their team after verifying its accuracy and completeness.Ensuring coverage of all sample units assigned to them.Monitoring the schedule of appointments and visits made by Collaborating Participants to households / establishments / individuals and ensuring that appointments are fulfilled.Ensuring that their team carries out the electronic transmission of data daily.Receiving the transportation provided for fieldwork, if required and according to the project's needs, and ensuring its proper care and maintenance.project's needs, and ensuring its proper care and maintenance.
